How to Cancel?

Navigate to 'My Orders' and select your current active order to see its live preparation status.

Tap 'Cancel Order'

If the restaurant has not started preparation, you will see a 'Cancel Order' button available.

Confirm Cancellation

Select a reason for cancellation and confirm. Your refund will be initiated instantly to the original payment method.
