What is Chicken99?
Chicken99 is an online food delivery platform that connects you with the best local restaurants. We offer fast delivery, easy payments, and 24/7 customer support to make your meal experience seamless.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, go to 'My Orders' in your account dashboard. You'll see real-time status updates: order confirmed → restaurant preparing → rider assigned → on the way → delivered. You'll also receive SMS notifications at each step.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), and net banking. All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 2 minutes of placing the order without any fee. After that, cancellation is possible only if the restaurant hasn't started preparation. Once cooking begins, cancellations are not accepted. Contact support immediately for help.
How do I report a delivery issue?
If you face missing items, wrong order, or quality issues, go to 'Order History' → select the order → click 'Report Issue'. You can also contact live chat or email contact@chicken99.in with your order ID and photo evidence within 2 hours of delivery.
Do you charge delivery fees?
Delivery fees depend on distance (₹10–₹50). Orders above ₹199 get free delivery within 5 km. Some restaurants may have their own delivery charges displayed at checkout. All fees are shown before you pay.
How can I update my profile information?
Tap on your profile icon → 'Account Settings' → Edit your name, phone number, email, or saved addresses. Changes reflect immediately for future orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We also support 3D Secure (OTP) for all card transactions.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds for cancelled orders or failed transactions are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds are often faster, while credit cards may take slightly longer depending on your bank.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We are currently serving in select districts including Palghar and surrounding regions. We are rapidly expanding! You can enter your pin code on the home screen to check availability in your specific area.
Is there a minimum order value?
Minimum order values are set by individual restaurants. Most restaurants have a minimum order of ₹99. You can see the specific requirement on the restaurant's menu page before adding items to your cart.
How do I use a promo code?
Once you've added items to your cart, go to the checkout page. You'll see an 'Apply Coupon' section where you can enter your promo code. The discount will be applied instantly to your total bill.
What are your safety and hygiene standards?
Food safety is our top priority. We only partner with FSSAI-certified restaurants. Our delivery partners undergo regular hygiene training, use sanitized delivery bags, and offer 'Contactless Delivery' for your safety.
Do you accept bulk or party orders?
Yes! For orders exceeding ₹2,500 or for large gatherings, we recommend placing orders at least 2 hours in advance. You can also contact our support team for customized menu options and special corporate discounts.
